Scooters
These can be transported but members must transfer to a seat. Scooters cannot be traveled in when on the vehicles.
Please let us know the make and model of the scooter, so we can find out how we can safely strap it down.
Wheelchairs (Electric and Manual)
Members can travel in some wheelchairs provided Manufacturer guidelines confirm that it is suitable and it conforms to safety regulations.
We need to know the make and model, so we can check this for you.
If you are going to use a travel aid we need to know this when you book a journey so we can make sure we have the correct straps for securing it.
Replacing your Scooters/Wheelchairs
Please remember to inform us as soon as you replace your mobility aids, so that we can check that these are safe and suitable to be used on our vehicles.
