Who We Are
Welcome to Dial A Ride (Denbighshire). We are a well-established Community Transport service that provides accessible, door-to-door transport for people of all ages who find it difficult or impossible to access conventional public transport.
Permanent residents who live in the area from Abergele along the coast to Prestatyn and down to Denbigh, and who fulfil these criteria, can become members.
Dial A Ride Members elect a Board of Directors/Trustees at The Annual General Meeting. The Board is responsible for directing the business of the company and ensuring the charity operates in a manner which allows it to carry out its objectives as effectively as possible.
Our continued success comes from the support of our loyal members and the hardworking team of drivers and office staff.
During the last year (2017) Dial A Ride delivered 21,117 passenger journeys for our users in the North Wales area.
On 4th April 2018 Dial A Ride was granted an Chwareg Teg Exemplar Employer Achieving Award.
