The Office is open for bookings between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday
For messages outside these hours there is an answer phone where users may leave their name, number and a brief message.
Each time we take a booking we will need to know:
- The Day, Date and Time transport is required
- The time of the appointment or time the member needs to be at the destination
- The Address you are travelling from
- The Destination name and address
- Whether you require a return journey or not
- Additional information – for example: whether you are taking a walking aid, wheelchair or scooter
- If a Carer, Friend or Family member is travelling too
- Any parking advice or access problems with the address or destination
